I've tutored throughout high school and college and have greatly enjoyed my experience seeing my students learn and grow! Private tutoring allows me to analyze the student's particular strengths and deficiencies and address any gaps in understanding directly by finding the most effective learning style for the student. I can help with general learning of subject matter, studying ahead for challenging classes, test-taking strategies, homework, and more. I enjoy working with both teens and younger children and believe I am a patient and considerate tutor, as I have been in the student's position not too long ago. Although I am an engineering major, I love literature and writing, and can tutor these subjects in addition to math and science. For parent's worried about keeping their student engaged during the COVID-19 school shutdowns, I can design individualized lesson plans and assignments to keep students on track with their learning and development.
