Private tutor in Stanford, CA

Education

I am currently a second masters student in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University with a 4.0 GPA. I am also a full time engineer in the power electronics team at Tesla here in Palo Alto. I acquired my bachelor's degree from Stanford as well, also in Electrical Engineering, with a minor in Computer Science. I completed the IB diploma during high school with a 42/45 score, with math, chemistry, physics, and Chinese B as my higher levels.

Experience

Some fun facts about me: - Full time Tesla Engineer - 3 years of teaching assistantship and tutoring. - 800 SAT Math 1&2, Writing, Physics - Full score GRE - Taken virtually all electrical engineering courses at Stanford, and the majority of undergraduate computer science courses. - 4.0 GPA - Won the most prestigious undergraduate project award during my undergraduate commencement. I want to become a tutor because I went through a very tough time in high school in preparation for my undergraduate studies. The pressure was immense, and competition fierce. Yet because of a few key reasons, I was able to stand above my peers and attend an amazing University, where again I stood out. My goal is to pass on this general knowledge (along with detailed specific engineering/math/physics knowledge, of course) to the next generation of enlightened students, so they may succeed and not fall privy to critical mistakes I've seen others make.

Hobbies

I'm an entrepreneur, a professional commercial pilot, and an engineer. I love challenges and difficult problems. I want to give back to the community that fostered my education. I want to help young high school and college students to make the best decisions they can to ensure a successful future. I love anything that flies fast and beautifully. I believe engineering is an art that can be mastered with a bit of pizzazz. I am interested in fueling the engineering flame within the souls of bright individuals.
